Naomi and the team at YouPack were really helpful in facilitating our move from Benalla to Darwin. They were extremely accommodating and helpful when it came to changing the date of our containers arrival due to a tenant at the Darwin end of the transport that had left a mess at our house, and were approachable and communicated really well throughout. I would definitely recommend them!

We have moved twice in the last 2 years with You Pack and both times we encountered the floods at Townsville which held up the container ,during that time we found the staff extremely helpful in many ways and kept us up to date so we new exactly what was going on. We were so happy with You Pack Removals, they are fast reliable and very cost effective.The staff are all extremely helpful and respond quickly. The container was picked up on a Friday in regional Victoria & by 9.30 Monday morning was safely delivered to our house in Perth. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. We are very happy with the service provided by youpack removals. Easy and prompt delivery and uplift of container. Picked up Thursday in Melb and delivered the folloeing Monday morning in Darwin. Naomi was very polite and professional to deal with and made the whole process very easy. Competitive price for similar services, will recommended to others and use again in the future.

You Pack Removals is a very professional company with exceptional employees and great service. Every staff member that I spoke to was very courteous and knowledgeable. Containers were delivered and picked up on time and even though we packed the containers ourselves, all items arrived in good order.I hope I never have to move interstate again but if I did I would certainly use You Pack Removals. They make moving so much easier.And a special thanks to Naomi Hoffman who answered all of my questions in a polite, friendly and professional manner. Thanks for making our move so much easier Naomi.

Do not use this company the so called operations manager leaves everything to the last minute and then completely and totally stuff you around including your Removalist and they use tow truck drivers Who have no idea and drop the shipping container off the back of tow truck at approximately 1.5 meters high consequently smashing anything breakable in your container

I used this company to move from Melbourne to Adelaide, the container did arrive when they said it would but it come the wrong way around and couldn't be unloaded as well as they damaged my driveway. I also keep receiving bills that I have payed already and the phone staff are extremely rude and hard to deal with.I would not recommend these guys are they are very unprofessional

You pack was fantastic. Container shipped from Perth to Melbourne on time. Communication was good. Absolutely stellar job by the team. Not sure if the truck drivers are just contracted out or not but both were legends and super helpful.10/10. I don't want to move again but if I had to I'd use you pack again.
