Grooms that she did do were good, dog was happy, I was happy (no negative feedback whatsoever), but then decided to ghost me with no explanation, no returned calls, no text responses etc. Don't expect someone to take a dog/client they do not want but at least have the professional courtesy to respond and provide an explanation.

A reasonably good groomer but terrible communication skills with customers for appointments re not returning calls or texts, etc. like to support local businesses but works both ways.
