Terrible after sales experience. Jardan took no responsibility for a product that failed. Incredibly disappointed.Whilst Jardan have since responded to this review stating that their product didn’t fail, at no time during the discussions they refer to did they apologise, offer any goodwill verbal or otherwise, or deal with this in a manner that one would expect from an outfit like Jardan. I have many beautiful Jardan pieces but regrettably their customer service on this occasion left a lot to be desired.
