Eden Laser Clinics Lidcombe

I tried calling twice to book an appointment but there was no answer,so I left a voicemail but decided to walk In for a consultation.When I got there the door was locked so I waited outside for 20 minutes.Finally someone walked out to meet a client and I got in with them. The lady at the front desk however was dismissive and her tone was rude.I felt like a bother so I decided not to book with them and find somewhere else where I felt welcome.

Vai is amazing and really professional with her technique. She treats her clients respectfully and answered all my questions so well (as I am a newbie to laser). I wish she worked every Sunday. She is such a gem. Anyways, all of the ladies are super friendly and make you feel welcome. Love the price drops they have sometimes.. great value for money.

Joel your attitude is absolutely disgraceful, I have been to Eden Lidcombe many times and even brought my family members there, all the girls I meet there are awesome but you are not one of them, I will be speaking with your manager Mel and head office

The girl at front desk had a very rude tone, i was 10 mins late and she gave me a paper to sign, i was reading what was written in the paper as it was my first time doing laser, she told me i am wasting my time reading and want me to sign without proper reading with a rude tone. Atleast allow your customer to read whatever written there before signing your paper. Bad customer service.The girl who did my laser was nice though. She explained me everything later on.

Amelia worked for me. She was friendly and professional in hair laser removal. She tried her best so that It didn't go too painful. I love her job and I recommend her strongly.

Extremely unhappy.I was literally 4 minutes late and their staff Hannah started arguing with me . They have made me wait 10-15 min multiple timesAlso when I asked her to start she started behaving rudely and went outside the room.Really bad customer experience from one staff member.Finally had to reschedule

The staff are enthusiastic and skilled. The treating room is clean and tidy. Came here 7 times in total, very satisfied!

Terrible business they literally stole $200 from me. They made me pay upfront for the upcoming booked treatment so they have$200 that i have paid and not used in their system up until this date. I told them i was not happy with their work (laser hair removal) as the hairs did not fall. This wasn't my first time getting laser done so i had a very clear understanding on what to expect after the treatment. I asked them to refund me the (credit) but they refused to do so I explained multiple times that i was not happy with the service they couldn’t care less. Extremely rude unapologetic and entitled bunch of …’s. I should have taken this to fair trade Australia at the time.
