Could do with a bit more stock and staff ,the Scottish guy at the front of the store was so helpful his knowledge of the stock and where to find things was extraordinary and extremely helpful and polite, we walked out happy customers great job

Love it here. Something for everyone. Pool, slides, tennis, movies. Good sized powered sites & clean amenities. Such a shame they took the jumping pillows down though. That was my daughter's favourite thing every year.

It is a good place to buy everything, it is accessible in prices and you can buy clothes, underwear, a variety of slippers for men and women, sheets, pillows, decorative items, books, technology, make-up, etc, etc, etc... it really has everything you could possibly need.

Just went to Big W every time I go there is only one checkout open with a few people so I decided to self serve what a joke the machine played up the lady was busy trying to fix another one so I just waited in line to be served. You need more checkouts open a lot of people don’t want to self serve and why should they what happened to customer service.

Worst BigW service staff ever!!I had to return a tech item that the manufacturer does not back up by providing an updated version of the Android app that is needed to help operate it. Despite showing the woman at the service desk the entire string of emails she still refused to accept there was an issue.There was also the problem with the unit overheating in its own waterproof case regardless of whether you use it underwater or just when you are using it inclement whether.So the woman said that she had to call someone over from the tech section tocheck out the problem". I asked "What is there to check out?" She said that it's just "procedure" as she needs to know what to put down as the reason for return. I replied *That's simple

Great place to buy all basic stuff , you can found almost everything you want , shoes , underwear, woman’s clothes and working clothes , workout things , almost everything for your kids , things for paint , also blankets pillows ,makeup … this is the never ending list …. And all good prices … o totally recommend ! People who work in there are very nice ! Thanks sis much

The loss prevention lady is overzealous to the point of it being harassment. Looks like others have had similar experiences. You're not clever! You're annoying customers who spend a lot and now prefer to go elsewhere including online whenever possible.
