Hi MarkI'm a client from a couple of years ago. It was through our rental agent. I have investigated the continuous mould growth in our bathroom and have found that the bathroom you renovated for us has waste drains siliconed into the waste pipe with no grouting or drainage flanges. Upon further removal of the tiles there seems to be very poor water proofing in the area I have inspected. It is also surprising how much you can hide in regards to poorly cut and broken edged tiles with silicone.I have never reviewed a product or company publicly before but I feel the need to warn others of this.
