At Any Age having a disability or health condition can be debilitating. My father found Easy Exercising and told me about this.As walking long distances is hard for me I had bad car accident Sep 2010 And have a Fracture of the Tibia and fibula right leg and Hip Replacement and one leg is 1.6cm longer .So mobility and Pain is a issue and weight control. Easy Exercising had machines which you either sit or lye down. And works like Pilates and resistance. Have been going for 6 weeks and noticed body toned up and core strength,had made my life so much easier. And also it is a fun atmosphere and community gathering nothing like the Gym. We all know each other Have fun And go on lunch outings And a river cruise later this year. Have see elderly people improve and one man standing up straight and not using his walker machine. Can’t speak HIGHLY Enough of the place. All Cost covered by Ndis funding or Level 3 or up age care. And a free trial on the machines. Should go and look so worth it! And supervised at all times to help as guide you. EASY EXERCISING it’s called Google it.

I love EE,I have fibromyalgia and this has been the best thing for me,the machines are very gentle on your body,they stretch and make you feel so much better,Andrea is very friendly and helpful, you feel like you are part of a big family,I love EE,i highly recommend this place to everyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
