I was recommended Ballarat Candle Co through a facebook group when seeking xmas candle recommendations.Their Xmas collection blew me away! The scents and the traditional candle label designs was everything I was after!I couldn’t decide which scent to order, so I purchased one large Gingerbread Cake and also the Yuletide travel tin collection.Unfortunately, even after all the obvious care that was taken, my large candle didn’t survive the interstate travel.I reached out to Chloe and the customer service she provided exceeded my expectations.
