10am on a Saturday. Line out the door and up the street. No aircon inside and nothing on the shelves basically. One poor postal worker left to man the store. Usually it’s run by a rude Indian couple. Honestly it’s just the saddest post office in NSW.

Incredibly rude staff. Started yelling at me when trying to pick up my partners parcel, instead of politely explaining why I couldn’t accept the parcel, they told me to “Get out! They clearly don’t want you to pick up the parcel. Come back when you get authority”. I’ve never experienced such rude staff at an Aus Post before. Would never send anything through them.

They are always so personable and helpful with my postage needs. My clients always comment how quickly postage arrives when I send things off here. I appreciate the helpful tips and that they email my invoices to me. I haven’t had this kind of service in other areas. Thank you to lovely owners.

On a positive note, the lady is always friendly with my toddlers when they come with me and she has been helpful with the cheapest way to send a package.But unfortunately this Post Office misses the mark a lot. Most recently I had a large package delivered to the post office while we were on holiday. My tracking information said that it was in transit" and then it said it was "returned to sender-item not collected".When I contacted Australia Post (who were very helpful)

Just post the old men guy is rude staff. When i come to pick up parcel for my friend he look like make hard to me. Other just easy to pick.
