Nice cafe on Mt Macedon. We were there on a very busy day- they are one of the more popular cafes in the area for sure. I ordered a loaded vegan toast option. It was nice and healthy, but a bit dry so I had to ask for some olive oil to season it a bit.

Great experience!It’s such a nice and cute cafe in Macedon. I really loved the atmosphere.Their coffee is really good. The brunch menu is great and the food quality is high.It’s a kind of cafe that I would like to visit again!

Benedict and wild mushrooms are both phenomenally delicious. Orange cake had great balance of acidity and sweetness. It is definitely a flavour bomb with their long black coffee. Super restaurant and really made our day.

We arrived 10 minutes before closure of kitchen, but were seated beautifully by the staff, though outside.We had our lunch and ordered portions were great. Even the kid has had cheese cake. Weather was pleasant therefore we enjoyed our food.Fritters and other burgers are tasty and innovative.We plan to revisit with more time to spend there.

One of the best and busiest Cafes in Macedon.We had to wait 10mins to be seated as the place was packed at 11AM.The male staff that was in charge of sitting the customers is so accommodating- definitely enjoyed his spirit!We enjoyed the food, though the Burgers needs more improvement in seasoning.Menu has got a lot of variety.Coffee was *chefs kiss*

It was a quiet morning, serving nice coffee a d amazing breakfast. Love the vibe over here, so cosy, and relax and chill.Had the salmon bagel, which is delicious and nice portion. Love it . My bf had the kale salad with bacon on side. On point

We ordered turmeric grilled chicken and MFC burger (gluten free).I give 4 star for the grilled chicken. However, my wife was not satisfied with the burger. Although they offer GF in the menu, it was not 100% gluten free as per their notes.The table given to us was too close to the entrance. I changed the seat to be a little away from the entrance, but later they came and asked me to return it to its location.

Delicious food and great coffee. Sadly the one staff member (may have been the manager) was very rude and is the only reason why I’m giving a lower rating.Based on the reviews I had high hopes for this cafe. It’s situated in Macedon, a gorgeous small country town.We arrived for brunch with our small dog so we wanted to sit outside. As it had been wet earlier, the tables needed drying and the friendly waitress who seated us was very accomodating and wiped down the tables and chairs for us before we sat down. She then directed us to order at the counter which was so no problem for us.The problem started here first with the weather. Started to drizzle lightly and so we thought maybe we can get the umbrellas opened up for us to give us a little shade. I walked inside to order and the manager rudely told me to order on the side as I was standing in the wrong area. Didn’t think too much of it at this time as it was a little mistake by me but then came to ask about the umbrellas and he grumpily replied “just sit inside” And I reminded him we had a dog. He then shrugged then accepted my request to open the umbrellas for us but then he added “well they won’t really cover you so…” basically proceeded to belittle me and make me feel like I wasn’t welcome at all.I then ordered and asked “can you make us magics?” I had to ask as some smaller towns don’t know what a magic is and it’s a fair enough question right? He scoffed and answered “of course we do!” “Pfff of course of course” his tone was so passive. According to my mother in law, she was also greeted with the same horrible attitude and service when she asked where the restroom was, a simple question that should be answered with a friendly hospitable attitude. SO disappointed in this interaction as it really dampened the entire experience for us.HOWEVER the positives are: the two wait staff on a busy Monday morning, a young male and female, were exceptional and super friendly. The food was served fresh and everything tasted great including the magic coffees. The cafe itself is warm inside and cozy.If the manager was in a nicer mood, I would have rated this place much higher.
