Served with heavy attitude the last two times just asking politely for items off of the menu and had them refuse to cash. One was a bigger girl with a septum and the other some blonde chick. I’m fine if the foods not the best or whatever, but don’t treat me with disrespect. These girls need to be fired

Pre purchased our order via the app, but I wouldn't do it again. It took longer than waiting in the drive through line up. Service seemed focussed on meeting all the online delivery orders and drivers waiting (Uber). Can't be complimentary about the person serving either, unfortunately. Food was good though.

I only hit one star to let you know do not go to KFC port Adelaide our order was missing the chips, the dipping sauce was wrong, the tenders were chicken jerky and the chicken pieces were no different, if I wanted burnt chicken I would have asked for it. Never again and I thought I'll give them a second chance. Who ever owns this franchise better shape up and I hope it's not the same people opening in Hendon / Royal Park !

I copped a bit of attitude not once but twice from the lady who served me. I was given a damaged can of Pepsi, and she couldn't believe that I asked for it to be swapped out. The remark was 'Really!?'. Yes, really.Next, when the food arrived, I asked for another bag as I purchased three meals and got one bag. I copped an attitude again as the same lady grabbed a bag but then stopped for a chat with another crew member and just kept me waiting.The fries were raw in the middle, which was a bit of a bummer, but overall, the food was okay.

Came through just after 10pm, was told there would be an 8 minute wait on zinger burgers, that’s fine no worries, 25 minutes later with no updates the food is finally bought out unfortunately there were items missing and different items added without consultation, a bit disappointed as this is usually the best kfc in the western suburbs.

My recent experience at this KFC location was not up to my expectations. The fried chicken was overcooked and had too much seasoning which made it less enjoyable. However, the service was prompt and polite. Based on this visit, this location didn't meet the standard of KFC that I am used to. I would suggest that they work on maintaining the quality of their food and make sure the chicken is cooked to perfection.

Delicious Ultimate Burger Meal. I was surprised that the piece of chicken was so finger lickin' good and also the chips were almost as good as years ago when KFC chips were way better than Maccas and Hungry Jacks. The burger was just chicken and lettuce and mayo but still nice. The potato and gravy was a bit disappointing because the gravy was a little bit runny. Overall a great meal if you're really hungry. I have taken one star off because the tables weren't clean.

Saw advert on TV for $21.95 cheap as chips deal..upon arrival at the drive thru the young lady said that is only an app deal and couldn't order it and that other people had said the same..so had to order something else only to be told that I had to wait 5-6 minutes as it was not ready..Why advertise something and not deliver on it and also make your customers wait..poor customer experience..get your act together KFC.
