If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely would never purchase from here again - service absolutely shocking, zero customer care, and have been waiting since August 31 for a product. It is currently November 13 and, you guessed it, nothing! No remedy offered, not even the mention of a refund or even an apology for not having the product, just absolute constant lies about the product being held up by the manufacturer, and the head office, and anyone but the store. Save your money, because you won't be receiving a product from here even if you pay!

I’m not one to ever post on this site but really needed to vent my disappointment frustration and everything else that goes with it. Deciding to support the local retailers I decided to go to Betta Electrical to buy a fridge and Tv. I was greeted by a salesman named Andrew. Andrew advised he had 1 of this model left and offered another $50 off (winner so I thought).After completing my TV purchase he said we will box it all up and it will look like new. I proceeded to then question the 1 left to realise it was the demo model on shelf in which I was totally mislead. After the to and fro he advised the newer model was out and that it would cost me another $200 what a joke one. I said if you had told me this from the start I would not have been so frustrated. I was told 3 days all goods would arrive a week later last Monday the fridge arrives with golf ball size dents and no tv. Andrew then wants to charge me 2 lots of delivery of $55 in which I explode. Sending the fridge back and speaking to the store manager Jim he advised no only one delivery fee. Jim was lovely I must admit but no one really cared. I had to do all the follow up and calls to get any sort of communication from the store. One minute the stocks in next minute it’s not and no one knows what’s going on. Delivery driver Paul was 10/10 tho an absolute gentleman. Moral of the story Betta Electrical craigieburn you need time lift your game and Andrew don’t lie to get a sale and aftercare should be your focus. I would still have brought from you if you were honest from the get go so now I won’t be going back you have just lost a good spending customer. Never ever again

Came and purchased a new TV from this store & Jim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His professionalism and enthusiasm was fantastic and enabled me to have a satisfying experience. He organised same day delivery and I highly recommend seeing Jim.

Excellent electronic shopping store. Extreme friendly staff at the store to guide you through the shopping spree. Very good quality products. Easy access for all the cars. Easy accessibility for wheelchair entrantts. Excellent ambience and superb visibility.

Visited the store on the 6th March and purchased a simpson clothes dryer. Andrew the staff member outstanding customer service, very friendly customer service and well knowledge about all the products and also very helpful with loading the item into the car and purchasing the products. Fantastic staff and customer service, they answered any question i had. I managed to find everything i was looking for at better prices then other stores i looked at. Over all i had a great time shopping here and will definitely be going back.

WOW! I was in the market for a brand new Breville Air Purifier for my home, but did not know which model would be capable to cover my whole sector. This is where the team at Cragieburn really showed their product knowledge and went into great detail informing me about all the features on multiple items that I was deciding between. Professionalism and class were on heavy display during my quick visit, with the staff that were present making me feel comfortable at all times during my stay. This has led me to make multiple visits to the store for all my electrical wants and needs. Could not recommend a more convenient and stress free buying experience. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

One of the best service I had dealt with, very helpful I arranged delivery a specific day then rang them to see if I could get delivered on that day.They delivered the same day I called which was a lounge suite so nothing small.I have purchased several items from the Craigieburn store and can't praise their service high enough.
