Eyelash extensionLooks like my eyes were glued, result was cheap looking and she poked my eyes with tweezers MANY TIMES! it’s not even finished yer but my eyes were wet because of my tears and can’t express how painful it was. Never coming back again.

APPALLING LASH LIFT - RUINED MY LASHESI went in to get lash extension removal and a lift and tint. I have long natural lashes but had extensions for an event.The removal went ok- eyes were stinging a bit but maybe that was to be expected. After the removal my lashes looked as they did before extensions. I wanted a lift because some of my outer lashes curl inwards a little so just wanted an even curl, I stupidly assumed this was a routine procedure and a lash specialist would have had no issue performing this.She advised me that it wouldn’t be a drastic effect and that they would just be lifted slightly. I explained that all I really wanted was for the outer lashes to be in line with the rest and I didn’t want anything drastic.The whole process was painful and took far longer then first quoted. She left the solution on for about half an hour (which I now know is way too long) and the result was horrible. She told me the reason it took so long is because she went for an intense curl.My lashes must have snapped off because they are now the same length as the bottom ones. The shape is terrible, they are bent so far back that they are laying on my eyelid.Absolutely devastating, I can’t even apply eye makeup because my lashes are so far bent back. Eyeliner and mascara- not a chance, my lashes are literally pressed back against my eyelid. I just don’t understand how someone who does this for a profession got it so wrong. Apparently it takes months for your lashes to return back to normal by themselves.I can’t get another lift to try and reverse it for at least a few weeks and can’t apply extensions because of the way they’re bent back onto my eyelid. So upset!!!Do your due diligence when booking in for a lash lift and certainly don’t go here!!!! I’m so upset and there’s just no solution to fix the damage that’s now done.

Literally worst everDuring eyelash extension, she pulled out my eyelashes and it was really hurt. I've done a few times from other lash shops, but never experienced such thingsCan u believe that the picture uploaded is worth with 70 dollars? She tried to make excuses that my lashes couldn't handle the thickness of artificial lashes. But she could've discussed the issues with me and suggested for me to change it during extension. But she never tried and ruined itShe was also so rude. I asked her to remove cuz I thought that I'd be better to remove them straight away and put makeup instead for the planned party. So I asked her to remove them, but the first sentence she said was that you still have to pay for the lash extension". I felt really annoyed with the result but was definitely willing to pay

Massage was great! They are absolutely skilled people and have many years experiences. I went there for my shoulder and lower back. After massage, these two parts are so much easier for me to move around. I definitely make an another appointment for next week.
