Having a very anxious son, who sadly needed a tooth removed, Dr Chan in one word, was... Awesome.At the initial consult, Dr Chan was very clear and calming. Provided our options clearly.A week later the job was done. Anxious son wasnt anxious, with the option we chose, and everything went very well.Follow up care, although wasn't needed due to no complications or issues, was very much appreciated. But shows the caring standards that they uphold extremely well.A credit to all the staff we interacted with.Thank you!

After more than a month of suffering from a toothache, my dentist told me that I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. From an Internet search, I found Adelaide Tooth Removals & Dental Implants. The reviews were helpful and I was convinced that I had to seek Dr Andrew Chan's help on getting my wisdom teeth removed. Caroline helped me with booking an appointment.On the day of the surgery, Dr Chan ran through the procedure with me. He explained thoroughly and with empathy on what was going to happen next. He also shared other administrative details about the procedure and the recovery process. He kept assuring me that everything was going to be fine and even asked if I wanted to listen to my choice of music during the procedure. He was gentle and kept checking if I was alright during the entire procedure. I had my wisdom teeth removed over two days. Dr Chan re-assured me that I would feel better now that my wisdom teeth had been removed. Over the next few days, Helena, a staff from the surgery would text to ask how I was doing.I am sincerely thankful to Dr Chan and his colleagues for helping me throughout this complex procedure. It has now been more than two weeks since the procedure and I am back to being my usual self and am enjoying eating & drinking again. Thank you for everything.
