At Gym It you feel like you're part of the family. You're supported, encouraged and celebrated. There's a class suitable for everyone with incredible instructors. The owner Jamie, is fun, determined and incredibly passionate and her wealth of knowledge helps bring it all together.

Gymit is so supportive and inclusive, the instructors and PTs are so knowledgeable and easily change and adapt classes and programs to suit individual limitations and injuries.

Gym It
Gym it has a very welcoming feel to it. As soon as you go to your first class the nerves disappear, everyone is so welcoming and all of the trainers are fantastic, knowledgeable and encouraging. They all push you to your limit whilst making sure you know you are doing a great job and not getting discouraged. I genuinely enjoy going to every class and would recommend gym it to everyone whether you are beginner or experienced.
