I purchased 2 aromatherapy burners 4 months ago and unfortunately had problems with both of them. I took them back to Health Squared but could only find a receipt for one of them. Because it had been 4 months and I only had 1 receipt I expected a battle, but they didn't hesitate in giving me my money back. So thank you Health Squared - other businesses often try to palm you off when returning goods, but you did the right thing by me

..but they don’t answer their phone. Having tried multiple times at different times on different days. Living on the other side of town this is the only place I have found a product I was seeking but now on principle I will buy it somewhere else online. Answer yr phone.

This store is absolutely FABULOUS! I value customer service and will travel well out of my way to support this, and this store provides 100%. The owner and all of the staff members are exceptional. They have an wonderful wide variety of stock in various areas from food and beverages, home and body products and herbal supplements. This is my go to store and I am incredibly appreciative to the owner and all of the staff all of their time consideration, often going out of their way to source products for me. AAAAA S STARS! Very impressive customer service - yes, they help you rapidly if you require, with a smile, and GENUINELY want your best outcome!I spoke with a young lady (sorry did not get her name) who was accurately knowledgeable about the digestive and endocrine disorders that we talked of. She will be there as a consulting dietitian in the near future. If your doc isn't quite getting you the results you desire, make an appointment here to support your best health.All of the staff were friendly and helpful, prices very good.I tried the other health shop in Indo Centre as well and would not go back there. Health Squared wins on all counts.
