Just Purchased a Yamaha CDX -750 threw Reclaimed Audio, the cd player was exactly as described, absolutely fantastic packing and fast shipping, and plays absolutely perfectly.They also added a copy of the owners manual and a pair of RCA cables which was nice.I would definitely purchase from Reclaimed Audio again.

Terrible customer experience.Ordered a turntable dust cover with a 3 week lead time and heard nothing more for months afterwards. Chased up my order and asked for an ETA and still did not have an ETA despite advising a 3 week delivery at time of order.Waited another month and then had to chase up again, no communication whatsoever. I finally asked for a refund and was told it would be a week to process, because of some USA or Stripe (EFTPOS) excuse. I have worked with that system in previous employment and this is plain nonsense. Still no refund over a month later and no replies to my email correspondence so my bank is now disputing the transaction.Woefully unprofessional and AWOL in communication. Avoid.

Extremely helpful and responsive. I picked up a reconditioned amplifier from them and some great advice regarding setup. My music has never sounded so good! Thanks Wayne and the team for high quality service, advice and products.

I adore my 3-in-1 vintage stereo bought from Reclaimed Audio! It was delivered to my home by Wayne. A few days later I noticed that the record player had no stylus. I emailed Wayne & he apologised. Ordered a stylus immediately. As soon as he had received the brand new stylus, he organised a time to drop by & fit it, no worries. The stereo is a Pye system with AWA speakers. Main reason I bought it was for the cassette deck which plays tapes beautifully. The sound for cassette, record & radio is warm & clear as expected. So much lovely nostalgia here. The cabinet I already had & is perfect for this system :)

Brought a LOT of gear off them over 2 years and it's very good but try getting warranty done .Good luck with that; A Hitachi amp I Send back 2 years ago still have not got it back TRY emailing them no reply and no one ever seems to answer the phone. NO way IAM buying any more gear off them. Wayne rang and the problem is sorted Happy to buy gear off them in the future

Ordered it for delivery by mail and it arrived very securely packaged and very quickly. Was shipped within 24 hours of ordering. As a lover of heritage audio gear, I count myself very fortunate to have stumbled across a quality provider based in Australia. I recently purchased a Nakamichi cassette deck from Reclaimed Audio and Electronics and waited with some apprehension for delivery. I shouldn't have worried; the deck was delivered in top condition, very well packaged and ready to go. It had obviously been given a very good refurbishment, and the cosmetics pointed to a caring and thorough overhaul. Communications with Wayne, the owner, were smooth and easy.Since purchase in February, it has given me excellent service. I am very happy with this purchase, which by the way came in at a very fair price.

They actually had a stylus for my inherited 70's Rotel turntable. Delivery was prompt and I live in Perth WA. When I needed guidance on connecting the turntable to the amp Wayne was really helpful and explained everything over the phone. I highly recommend this company.
