Honest, good prices and great service...... so i thought for years. Got a ride with the tow truck, when I arrived out the back he rudely told me I couldn't stay. Told him I was being picked up. He told me to roll around the front. I do carry a bit of extra weight but rude. I told him RACQ informed me it was the 4th spark outlet, and considering he had done the spark plugs a few services before could only be the leads or coils. He charged me $88 for the diagnosis. I was told 2 coils had been replaced so all up it was just under $500. He told me with a smirk on his face that he had only done 2 and I would have to do the other 2 soon. Got home and my friend had a look. only 1 had been replaced and he charged me $129 each. He tried palming the blame onto his coworker. He did refund the $129 after I chased it up but what annoyed me is the 2 mechanics I have spoken to since told me they should have been replaced with the spark plugs. Plenty of mechanics on the Gold Coast, go else where

Had to get ABS pump fitted quite complex but Tyrone and his team did an amazing job...highly recommended.

Truly friendly service and in our case more than that, because Tyrone was saving me a lot of expense by finding us spare tyre and fine tuning our wheels with extra effort instead of just trying to sell me new ones, what many other tyre shop would have done. It happened more than a year ago and we still running great with this solution and going back for the yearly follow up to them. Thanks guys!

Less than 13 months ago, I bought new tyres for both my car and my wife's car from this company. I was recommended a Chinese brand that I had never heard of, but I was assured that the tyre was of a decent quality. Neither my wife or I do much driving (about 10,000 km per year) and we are both boringly safe drivers. Our last set of tyres lasted over 3 years, but these ones are starting to bald already. My advice to anyone considering tyres in the Varsity Lakes area is go somewhere else.
