Rachel was amazingly helpful at teaching me that food isn’t out to hurt me and that everything in moderation is totally okay. i did a 12 week plan, it took a huge weight off my shoulders not having to think about what eat for meals and the check ins were great for support and accountability, i lost some weight and now i feel like i am prepared to continue on my own

I signed up for RTH as I was struggling with meal planning and in a unhealthy relationship with my diet. Rachel has been such a blessing! Her recipes were so delicious and she made me look forward to every meal each week. I also achieved many goals such as losing weight, having a better relationship with food and improving intuitive eating.
