I have been wanting to join a gym for a while but have found most to be quite intimidating. I immediately felt comfortable at this one. The memberships are reasonably priced with the ability to use the other gym also which has a heated pool.Danni was fantastic. Very helpful, explained the equipment and showed me how to use them correctly and reassured me that she was there if i had any questions at all or wanted to review my training program. Lots of classes to choose from or workout your own pace.Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

I occasionally have a problem entering the gym with my token. This morning I paid up but a few hours later at the gym door token wouldn’t work for me to enter. Why!It’s very frustrating as I want to go on the weekend. I’ve paid from today now I can’t enter until Monday when I sort it out. Shame there is no one there during the day. Tried to call Cooranbong from 1pm-5pm hoping they could help me. Engaged! The website said someone is there until 5pm.?????

One word. AWFULIt's understaffed and when staff is there they're rude, dismissive, gives you wrong information and does not care or take the time to hear out your story. They're good at ass covering.The TV in front of treadmills etc. Often don't work, the ear plug devices (so you can hear the TV) has never worked for me. They seem to forget to turn on lights and or air-con sometimes... Which can be annoying.If it says it's staffed hours, don't be surprised if they're not there or doesn't have time for you.I went there for convenience, but I'll run away as quickly as I can.
