PACK & SEND North Ryde

Terrible! My experience with Pack & Send North Ryde was extremely disappointing. I had read all of the great reviews, which is why I decided to book with them. Initially, they were great. Alex was very prompt, polite and helpful. Our company was sending out over 70 packages, which Alex kindly offered to put together and send. I had made it clear of the date that these had to without fail be sent out. If this was not possible, I will put them together in the office. I was guaranteed everything would be fine, so we proceeded. It wasn't until a week later, we started receiving unhappy directors saying they had not received their package. I followed up and was advised they still weren't sent. It took 10 days to 2 weeks for the packages to be sent and only due to me constantly following up. This made a huge impact on our company! Secondly, a number of the packages had invalid tracking details. A number of them were damaged and returned for no reason. Now I understand when it's with the courier company, it's out of Pack & Sends hands, however the only way I managed to get answers was by contacting them constantly every day. I was not kept up to date except for I've lodged a complain and we are trying". We lost money with all of this and had a lot of upset people. I asked for some compensation and received nothing. I was advised because they resent 3 of the packages at their own cost

I had to send a 50kg fragile shipment from Italy to Australia, Alex and Lara were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and the package arrived safely and with ease!

I used Pack & Send North Ryde to shipped a huge volume of boxes and luggage from Sydney to North America. Alex and Lara are the best in customer service and have been a big help to me throughout the shipment process. They are efficient, friendly and professional on every stage of the shipment process from great packaging, timely luggage pick-up, extraordinary service, reasonable pricing, constant tracking+monitoring, timely communications and reliable delivery. Amazing service from the team at North Ryde on my interstate shipment which was unusual in sizing. Proved that anything can be shipped around Australia with the right help. Thank you and highly recommend to locals around the area wanting to ship goods. Very reasonable pricing and no fuss.

Alex booked in my desktop computer and two monitors with leads for packing and transport interstate. He was very helpful and efficient. Photos and reports from the destination confirmed all components were well packed and arrived in good condition. I'm happy to recommend their service.

Lara and Alex both help pack my curved monitors and my PC for my move to Perth. Everything arrived ahead of schedule and my computer arrived in the exact same condition I sent it. I had a hard time dealing with this branch.I sent a parcel overseas.I paid extra for packing and a palette because the parcel is fragile.Unfortunately, the product was broken when it arrived. It is my view that the palette and extra packing we agreed on were altered from what was agreed on.(I had a report from DHL and they confirmed to me there was no palette attached)The most surprising thing is when I confirm with the branch about the extra packing and palette I was sent a picture of a box with the palette.I claimed insurance for this issue. It took over 6 weeks to process when it should have taken this long. Promised timelines were not adhered to.Every time I asked about the insurance refund I was told, I will contact you within 2 hours and in many cases, I received no response. I have to keep contacting proactively and received excuses for the delays.I have sent many things in the past but have never had this happen before.and this was a rough and frustrating experience. Many alternative options are available.

I called right on closing time but Alex couldn’t have been more helpful; taking his time to discuss options and making arrangements for me (I live 500km away but needed a pickup in his area).The package was collected, shipped and delivered without damage or incident, all for a very competitive price.I cannot recommend Pack & Send North Ryde more highly. They have won all my Sydney business.

My first shipping after 2 years and I have forgotten to sticky tape one of the label.Alex kindly explained what the other label was for and offered help. Great customer service!

I came here and paid 3 times the amount here with a week delay than quoted arrival time as compared to australia post, just for a single promise by alex which he did not commit to and now i have to pay additional $400 just because his negligence. Super disappointing.
