Dani gave me a whole new hairstyle. She was constantly checking that I was okay and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. You are not treated like a number here but like family.

Went to addiction and beauty today so my daughter could have her ears pierced as she had hounded for them to be done. Casey and Dani were amazing with her, they were patient, helped her pick her jewellery and made her feel amazing. They even done up a certificate for my daughter and gave her a treat bag for being so brave!! I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Highly recommend. :)

The staff here are beyond friendly, caring, kind, helpful. Just all around 1000% perfect. The place is clean to a high standard. The piercings are perfect they always make sure they are 110% straight, in the right place and if you are happy with it. They also have a great range of body jewellery, knick knacks, etc. I live in Newcastle and gladly travel 2 hours just to go to them and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. And would give 100 stars if I could.

I have been a regular client at Addiction for over 4 years now, and have had everything from piercings, waxing, IPL, to fortnightly lash extensions (I won’t go anywhere else). I could not recommend them more highly - not only are they extremely affordable, but Addiction have always given the best customer service and experience, and take such amazing care of their clients.
