Tim is professional in his approach and honest with how many sessions you will need. After ten sessions, I now have no visible tattoo. He is efficient and always puts the customer first. I highly recommend him.

I have some small tattoos on my arm and am in the process of having them removed by Tim. I was a little nervous of the pain at first but Tim was very professional and kind, the pain was not nearly as bad as I thought. I’m really happy with how it’s going and couldn’t recommend the service enough!

Very good. Professional but conversational. Good service, tattoos are already faded after one treatment and will be going for more. I had a bad reaction e.g. getting very faint etc but Tim handled it very kindly and professionally. Would recommend.

Treatment was average but the customer service was totally sucks, very RUDE and no patient if customer want to ask further question.I guess they are very popular and successful so customer service is unnecessary.

My daughter arrived home from Bali late last year with a weird tribal tattoo on her ankle, it had to go .We consulted Tim at loseyourink in Chadstone whom i was impressed with the professional but relaxed approach . The results after one treatment are much better than i had expected and we are very impressed with the level of care taken .
