I have never met such a rude woman before. The groomer needs to get her head checked and learn some customer service skills. Rude not just to me but to 3 other customers who in her opinion got in her way and made her need to do additional cleaning. These staff care nothing for animals do not shop here.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, they clearly are passionate about animals and it shows. The shop is always clean and presentable and so are staff. There is a good variety of specialised for your particular breed of animal too!The rewards programme here is great too, you always get something off your next purchase.It can be a little tough to get parking sometimes but that isnt their fault. Just try to come when its quieter

Friendly staff and good variety of pet products at competitive prices. They have a good little loyalty program too.

Polite and courteous holders if my pooches fav treats

When buying an extremely large and heavy bag of dog food recently, i was served by Max. He had to lift several heavy bags to get to the puppy food for me and he did so without complaint. His manner was friendly and I felt he was genuine in his desire to make me feel my custom was valued. He then carried the heavy bag to the car for me. I'd just come from work and this young bloke ended my day in such a positive way. He made a difference

Our experience isn’t even worth 1 star.We got 5 goldfish on Tuesday 27th December. 3 days later one of the fish died meanwhile the other 4 fish were completely fine and healthy. After speaking with the store on the phone yesterday, we were told to bring a sample of our water to be tested and that the dish would be replaced as it was within 28 days. Brought some of the water down to the store to be tested today and the lady who served us was not helpful at all in any way. She tested the water in the tubes multiple times basically trying to look for a problem. She admitted to us that the fish would have been weak and unwell when we left the store with it to take home. Refused to replace the fish and expected us to purchase additional products for our existing fish/fish tank. It should last longer than 3 days before one dies!!!

Good for dog wash. Good parking and easy access. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I gave up on this place a while ago when I had 2 healthy snakes and a lizard die 2 days after feeding reptile food from this shop

Best groomers around. My highly anxious dog loves the girls and he feels safe there,which makes me comfortable too. He always comes home looking perfect!

Love Petstocks Groomer Tina, she treats your furbaby like they are her own. They really take on board your requests and complete the service in a timely manner.Cooper loves going to Tina. Cooper is a Cavoodle and gets groomed every 5 weeks.
