As it’s my local Chinese and I like to support local I will never step foot in there again. Ordered a large special fried rice go to pay on my saving card to be see a surcharge so I question why was told by the short girl it’s cause it cost heaps to have the machine so I said no not on saving and again was told it cost to have the machine, so I cancelled my order and won’t be going there again, not when I have to come home and add more to it just to make it take ok also to the owner you need to reach your staff how to speak to customers. I gave a 1 star only cause I couldn’t give a zero

Going to be honest, the meal I order myself usually is my only problem.The satay beef or anything satay related is almost like a stew with rice and chicken because of how liquid it all wasThe satay sauce is pure liquid and makes it quite disgusting when sitting for more than 10 minutes in its container.Really lovely staff and quick cooking time though which makes it easier to communicate with them.Definitely won’t be paying $23 for unflavoured satay water and beef, not bothered to waste money and try other meals here either.

If I could give half a star I would and that would only be because the front of house staff were lovely. Honey chicken had no honey flavour and only tasted of oil, special fried rice had a few watery prawns on the top and no flavour added to the boiled rice (didn’t even taste fried) and the prawn chips were even bad and brown in colour! All was absolutely inedible! Such a shame as there as so many nicer places around the area however Sanctuary point is my local so I thought I’d give them another go. Will never be back.

Back for the first time in a few years last week and the service was quick, the staff were fantastic and the food, Honey King Prawns and Beef in Black Bean sauce was delicious. Must have been great as my wife, who is a bit choosey about food asked me to order again tonight.

1 star for the dim sims and spring rolls only thing with flavour Wont be ordering from here again!!!!!!Satay chicken was blandFried rice and special fried rice was the worst i have ever seen did not even look like they should!Have now been turned off chinese!

Used this Chinese for the first time since it changed hands. Seven dishes (take away) all very tasty and delicious. Could not fault and was hesitant to try after reading the mixed reviews! Keep up the good work, I would recommend!
