I took my car for a Bodie repair and the service was terrible. The guy gave me a date and a quote for the car to be ready. Turns out the car wasn’t ready on the date and he wanted more money for the job. I understood so I agreed about the money and ask him when is it gonna be ready. His response was Saturday arvo, I called him that Saturday arvo and he pushed me to Monday, I called him Monday and he pushed me to Tuesday and this goes on until Wednesday when I finally got the car back. When I took it to my mechanic on Thursday (today) he told me he couldn’t fit the radiator in because the job was done terrible. He can’t put back some pieces in the car because the job Autobodies did was wrong. After paying them nearly $1200 for the job I called him and told him what my mechanic said and the conversation end up really aggressive and he hung up on me.

Gotta love a family business, especially one like these guys, I highly recommend them. I was researching for a repairer to fix some minor body issues before selling my car and came across Autobodies Gold Coast. I did something I'd never done prior, I read every single review thinking it had to be a gee-up with so many 5-STAR ratings. I concluded that their reviews seemed genuine so I visited for a quote, met the son Jesse and walked out thinking what a really decent human being and what a super quote. They supplied me a very decent loan car and two days later I returned to collect my car unsure of what to expect. WOW, what a brilliant job, perfect, all done exactly as promised and my car looking brand new. I've dealt with quite a few different repairers on the Goldie over 30+ years and never been happier with the result. Based on my personal experience, I feel this is a genuine family doing business you can trust!

The owner had the best customer service, he went out of his way to help us. He was so kind & gave us a lot of insight on what we could do. We really appreciated it!

Been coming to auto bodies since 2018. They have helped me work on 2 of my cars fitting parts, fixing parts and their paint colour matching is always 10/10. Highly recommend these people. I should have given good reviews a long time ago but looking at my car now and loving everything about it, I can only thank the guys who work here who are the only people I have never had issues with. 2 brand new cars have turned out amazing. Loving the look of my Subaru!

Worst costumer service ever. I payed $1.200 for a job that it wasn’t finish and I ended up taking it to another mechanic. I don’t recommend

Daryl & Lesa and the Team from Autobodies did an amazing job fixing hail damage on our car. They arranged everything and the car was fixed quickly and with no fuss. It looks like new again! If you have choice of repairer with your insurance company select them! Great Quality and Service!

Would definitely recommend this place, I ordered a Civic Spoiler from overseas with no instructions and was plastic (unpainted) Darryl was very patient with where I wanted it fitted and the colour was spot on. I travelled an hour just to go to this place and I'm very satisfied!
