After owning our Bio Latex mattress for two years, and confident it'll last many more, would rate The Comfort Shop five stars. While definitely pricey, considering the amount of time spent in bed and the difference a good night's sleep makes, i consider it worth the investment. Store staff (both in store and online) are also lovely and helpful.

Very happy with the delivery men. Polite, accomodating, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help customer. I just had to put on sheets and remove the packaging and the bed was ready to use.

I had a minor issue with a piece of furniture bought from this shop. After this was raised their response was professional and prompt. Recommend buying from here with a positive experience for after sales warranty service.

Inferior Quality. I'll never shop here again. Recently purchased the Previlegio" 6 draw tallboy - very poor design. Inconsistent and large gaps between the drawers. The fist tallboy I received I sent back
