Petstock Camberwell

Our two dogs love it there. Staff are great at both the day care and the groomers. Highly recommend.

Fantastic range of products and services for me to access for my 3 dogs, including puppy school, dog grooming and doggy daycare. Staff are friendly, helpful and have great product knowledge and expertise every time I visit. Exceptionally professional customer service when I visited last week from Brandon. Highly recommend this store.

Their aquarium range is quite large for a pet store. You can tell someone working their is a fan of aquariums and the fish tanks are usually always clean with healthy and happy looking fish. I went to a different pet stock that had filthy tanks and dead fish and just basic aquarium tools and items. This store clearly has a team that’s cares about their aquariums.

Extremely disappointed with the communication from petstock. I had my dog booked in for a groom over a month in advance. I tried to call constantly for a week to reschedule and no one ever answered the phone. So I just left the booking. I received a reminder text the day before and then I got a call the morning of my appointment but didn’t get to my phone quick enough so when I called back it rang for 4 minutes and no one answered, they also didn’t leave a message when I have a voicemail! So I ended up driving to take my dog for a groom only for them to tell me that they are short staffed. NOT ON!! I have a newborn and currently moving houses this was a waste of my time and they owe me compensation. I won’t be going back.

Great local pet store for me and my little Chihuahua: Chief.Very friendly and patient staff who will make sure you not only get a fair price but what is best for the health of your pet.As of 1/10/21 walk in service for dog nail clipping no appointment necessary on Tuesday - Saturday, flat rate of $10. Very good service and reduces the stress on the dog owner DIT's at home.

I have been trying for 1 hour to contact Petstock Camberwell & no one is picking up the phone. You can't go to their website specifically because it's a general petstock website. I give up! So frustrating. What happened to good old fashion service, & don't give me the excuse of short staffed. Just try picking up the phone.....please

Today is first time in your shop. I found the staff was very helpful in the selection of a Cat Tree Combo. Which my cat will enjoy. I also found the selection of pet products was very helpful for me. Which makes it convenient for me, I live just around the corner from your shop.

Do not recommend. Booked in for grooming. My little pup has a cute round fur around the nose and they shaved it all along his whiskers. Plenty of unruly fur left around the mouth though when the website specifies it will be trimmed around the mouth.

Awesome pet shop, huge range for all types of pets and the staff were super lovely.
