Had the pleasure of meeting, Joel, John & Shane yesterday. All super helpful and lovely. I know next to nothing about cars and they assisted me straight away with ordering the right battery for my car. Came back today and Joel fitted it in for me. Such a pleasant experience both times! I had the pleasure of meeting Shane and Nathan today.I know absolutely nothing about cars and would be without a car if it wasn’t for them.Shane and Nathan were both so lovely and they got the job done.My car sounds like it’s brand new again.Customer service was absolutely amazing.

I thought I was in for a new battery. Went to battery world for a test and an absolute legend said my battery was fine and fixed the terminal free of charge an now my car starts fine!

Shane, John and Joel have been super helpful, both with car batteries in the past and most recently with fixing the solar panel wiring in my campervan. Always with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Will always go back here for any battery and power needs :) thanks again guys!
