I ordered a Mother’s Day flower arrangement and I received it packaged so poorly that I knew my roses were damaged before I even opened the box, upon checking there was 7 roses damaged and out of place, I emailed this company and I had to offer to try to fix the roses myself because they weren’t so helpful, she doesn’t care about customers clearly because she offered a $50 refund for something worth $300, accused me of stealing from her company even after saying I put her at loss for a $50 refund, actually pathetic. I am not one to write negative reviews but the experience made me do it, worst customer service experience ever!

Beautiful long lasting flowers! I’ve had my flower in a dome for over two years now and it still looks brand new! Great quality flowers and service from the ladies at Flower in a Box. Will definitely be purchasing again for this Christmas ☺️

Beautiful flower and delivery was completed on time. My only issue is that it was a different colour rose to what I had ordered and while these things happen, it is also easy to avoid....maybe from this they need to crosscheck it? I contacted them via email and they apologised and offered a swap but the recipient of the flower ended up liking the wrong flower colour so we didn't swap. It was great that they tried to rectify it but they took 2 days to respond to my email which is disappointing. Despite this I would still recommend them as the flower is pretty and delivery was smooth

My Husband bought me my everlasting roses for our anniversary 2 years ago and they are still in perfect condition. I also purchased a lilac dome for my daughters baby nursery and im so in love it completes the decor... Definitely recommend the team at Flower in a box.
