Outstanding service - over and above the call of duty. I had a minor issue with the remote control from one of the products they distribute. Mike could not have been more helpful or thoughtful in his responses. A really great service experience from a company that distributes incredibly satisfying products.

I first came across Magenta at the Hifi show in Melbourne talking with Tim and later dealing with Mike Kirkham who was gracious enough to help me out with some drivers for a set of speakers that I didn't buy through Magenta but they are the agents. Mike has gone out of his way to supply these as a favour and I couldn't be more thankful, I have found Mike to be fantastic the service amazing and I will definitely deal with Magenta in the future for some other equipment I am looking at out of the ordinary service thank you.

Way and by far the best and most approachable HiFi importer/dustributor/retailer in Australia. Had multiple dealings with Magenta as a interstate customer. Their after sales service and ongoing support when issues arises is absolutely excellent.

Bought a second hand unit that was still under warranty but it didn't come with a receipt. Soon after discovered a fault and mailed it to them. They were gracious enough to accept and then took the trouble to track the unit's sold date and found it to have been sold outside of the country. Further testing could did not reveal any faults, however they again exceeded my expectations by honouring the warranty and sending me a replacement unit I good faith. And not only that, they gave me a newer model without me asking. How good is that? These guys are just refreshingly honest and trustworthy and I'd buy from them again and again! Well done Magenta, how happy you've made me!
