Waterfall Station
Waterfall train station. A great double platform train station with a country vibe and amazing views.The station doesn't have a lot of amenities but most are covered.It has drinking bubblers/waterA unisex disabled toilet.Benches.Undercover areasVending machinesDisabled lift access to the station.Historically it was the scene of a major train accident know as the waterfall train disaster.The station has amazing views and is an easy access point for the falls walking trail.A great hiking place for people without a car!There is also a massive free parking area for people with a car.

reliable unlike other train stations like como..an gets you to kiami or city nicely..needs night ride or u get last train to sutherland train station to get bus back to city overnight.

The staff is amazing, specially station duty manager Narendra. He helped me when my phone battery died and was very helpful and kind, even went back to say hello and thank him again!

Nice Station, beautiful forest , because of the bush fire, stopped here and waiting for the replacement buses to Sutherland !

We had an outstanding interaction with a true gentleman, who I take to be the station master? He showed solid, thoughtful people skills and went above and beyond in assisting us. I seriously recommend that State Rail higher him to do their customer service training. Pay him more money at leastI am so sorry but I cant recall is his name except it started with N!!

Clean station with good announcements & helpful staff. The carpark is full early morning on weekdays & with waterfall being a isolated small suburb it can be very hard to find car parking during the day on weekdays. Most of the express south coast trains do not stop there, meaning there is usually only 1 train a hour to the south coast. There are no buses during the early morning when no trains run.
