Amazing experience here at King IT. Or so I thought…… Wasn’t able to refurbish my laptop however got a very good deal on a complete replacement with better specs.Update: the laptop is now not working without being on charge constantly. Shuts off immediately with no power supply and the battery does not charge. This is after purchasing a newly refurbished Dell 8 months ago. 3 months in, a new battery was installed. I paid $600 for this laptop and now I cannot fix this issue without paying $300 more for another battery replacement and 12 month’s warranty. I only rate this service poorly because I was not given another option. The offer I received clearly did not work before. I asked for a refund because I would be expecting much longer use from a product sold to me as fully refurbished, but this was not possible. Originally I thought this was a great deal but it has since turned on its head. Word of advice, get the warranty.

My mum really needed help when Optus refused to transfer her contacts. King IT did it straight away and were understanding of her frustrating experience with Optus.

I purchased a wallet case for my new Samsung phone a couple of weeks ago at King IT, Carindale and was looking for something that was easy to remove the phone when I needed to use it separately and place it in my pocket but in a protective case. Matthew Taylor showed me exactly what I needed. This wallet allowed for my phone to sit within a protective case with a magnet attached to then sit safely within the wallet case. Matthew made sure that the phone wallet met all my needs and even helped set my phone up in it.
