I really liked coming in to choose my engagement and wedding ring. All the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. I was really stuck on finding the perfect ring but goldie made sure to ask me my likings and then showed me a beautiful ring that i adored and suited on my finger.

When my now fiance and I first went ring shopping, I had no idea what I wanted. When we went into Michael Hill in Liverpool, Ilaine sat us down and took the time to show us a wide variety of styles and options. Though we didn't end up purchasing a ring from Michael Hill (my fiance settled on a blue diamond which is only stocked in a few select stores globally) Ilaine's service was everything you would hope for from a jeweller and she really eased us into the process. If he didn't have his heart set on a blue diamond, we definitely would have purchased a ring here. Ilaine's customer service was just amazing.

Worst experience so far. We were trying to select pendents and the staff was rushing and we didn't have enough time try to select. They treated us very badly. To be frank, out of no time we randomly selected some jewelry.We would never visit this store again.

These guys have no idea, go somewere else. They are a bunch of amateurs, very unprofessional. I ordered a engagement ring and I had to go back in store 3 times to fit the ring on. Then they called me a 4th time to come in and try the ring on and it was the same ring as the previous one I tried it on. Not one apology from the staff, they said they will get me the right sized ring asap (shouldn't be difficult for a proper jeweller) and I have not heard back from them since. This whole experience went on for 6 months, I went to my engagement party without a ring due to this store. The manager and employees are extremely rude and incompetent. Trust me go somewere else , you'll regret dealing with these thugs.

Liverpool Michael hills, Worst experience I ever had. That grumpy lady who calls herself “Manager” is super rude, racist and doesnt know a C of Customer service treated us so bad even though she was not serving us. I would never recommend Liverpool Michael hills. God save those who go there or work with her daily. Her staff also scared from her.

Appalling customer service by the team at Liverpool. Bought a pair of earrings that were faulty and when I asked to exchange them they were no help at all! The manager was rude and needs to retrain in customer service. Would never go back and a result wouldn't go back to any Michell Hill store in the future.

Worst customer service, waited to be served for more than 10 mins only for me aswel as others to just walk out

Took a watch back to repair the clasp, told me they didn't have the parts and there was nothing they could do even though the watch was just over 2 years old. Need some training on ACL.

Nice collection for men ring. Whoever loves titanium and tangstun , must pay a visit!!
