Lovely, quiet, relaxing camp grounds. Build in fire pits or make your own and drop toilets.The Shallow river is great for keeping cool in the heat.

I loved this area. Actually, you would never get disappointed in hi Courtney during the spring. It is amazing. Nice and clean campsite. Grassy and pleasant.Just please make sure to set off your fire with plenty ofWater before you leave the site.There is also a food track visiting here during busy days.

It's absolutely awesome.We had the best weather the week before Easter weekend, with hardly anyone around.A couple of wild dogs were getting around every evening but were quite harmless (just don't leave any food laying around)

Beautiful place. Plenty of spots to swim in the river. Had a great Australia Day there. Didn't see or hear any ghosts, which was lovely. Big thanks to the guy who comes and sells supplies in his refrigerated truck.

Simple campsite with a nice looking river. There are horse riding services near the area. Peaceful and quiet with the sound of flowing river. There are movements in the river but only carps are there. There are drop toilets. Also, you're not allowed to chop any branches.

There are many camping areas located along the Howqua river. Some sites have toilets and picnic tables. There are many scenic trips to do around Howqua hills and adjacent Alpine national parks

My family's most favorite camping site in the world. We come here all the time. River for the kids to enjoy, lots of walking / hiking tracks and 4WD for the big boys. Roads are very easy for any cars and caravans to drive on. Drop toilets are available.

Beautiful spot to set up camp, yes there were a few people there however everyone was great, awesome swimming hole to cool off, just be prepared for a 16km drive in on a dirt road.
