First booking of the day and people who were coming in afterwards were going in first. Didn't see the Dr until after a 45 minute wait. Was made to wear a mask and social distance but the practice only accepts cash for a private consult. Dr was rude and will never again visit.EditedFirst appointment of the day was booked online. Double booking patients in is pathetic on your behalf. Horrible establishment.

Dr Alex is a wonderful practitioner. Unfortunately her receptionist is woeful. I’ve spent months leaving messages with her receptionist only to never get a call back. Considering she works for a mental health provider, you’d think she’d acknowledge patients calls. Dr Alex, please find someone better.

Came in today for a whooping cough injection. My impression was this injection should be received every 10 years which the Doctor confirmed.Nurse that performed the injection told me every 5 years. When I questioned her, she asked me who told me every 10 years and that I was wrong. I’ve left feeling like I’ve been made out to be stupid. I do not see any supporting evidence on the Government health websites supporting the nurses claim. Train your staff.

Good doctors. Friendly admin team. Tidy venue. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait despite booking an appointment.

If I could give no stars I would. The dr my family And I see is wonderful however the receptionists who are utterly the rudest I’ve ever come across. The way they talk to the patients who are trying to see a dr is disgusting and shouldn’t be doing that job. They have the nerve to have signs up saying they won’t tolerate rudeness but it’s ok for them to be rude is it? just disgusting .. I have tried to contact management numerous times and they don’t ever get backAlso reading the reviews And the responses from camden healthcare not one apology or take ownership for them being at fault just being rude and Abusive to the patients yet they claim they don’t tolerate abuse

Frustated with wait time, its getting longer and longer and dr rushes appt which is very unsatisfactory when you forget to ask or check things ie blood pressure, blood tests etc.

Came in to see Dr Alex but was given the wrong time, and so arrived an hour later than my appointment time. After that appointment I called to make my next appointment and have waited weeks with still no returned phone call. I love Dr Alex and all the doctors in there but this is very unprofessionally run.

Most convenient to have G.P's, a skin specialist (Dr. Kumar) and x-ray plus other facilities in the same location. Especially for people like myself who can no longer drive. Add to that the fact that all these facilities are right opposite the bus stop in John Street makes it very easy to attend without having to round up" a friendly car owner for transport. Finally I must mention the staff are most helpful and pleasant to deal with including

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Soe since he began practising at Camden Health Care Centre – over seven years ago. We have always found him to be professional and skilful whilst at the same time pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable. He listens to our issues and then explains what the problem might be and in all our dealings with him he has prescribed treatment which has been very successful.Our experiences with Camden Health Care Centre have always been very satisfactory.
