NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park

We had such a great experience at the here, it's close to the beach and the facilities are amazing. This would be the best park we have ever stayed at. The kids had a ball in the water park and all the other activities.

Never let them book you into spot 168. The lamp is on all night and is as bright as day.It all started well. Fun stuff for kids, pool with slides and nice playground. But after dinner when it turned dark and we got to our camping spot, the streetlight was shining directly at our spot. Not the street, our spot. It didn’t have motion sensor either and didn’t turn of at night.Asked the staff before going to bed and he agreed it was weird but said they should turn of at 10pm. They didn’t.Day after I went to reception to make sure no one had to endure this again. But the woman was very little understanding. A bit nonchalant and just said that they never had any issue before and would not fix it. Kept on saying “is that all, should I do your check out?” Didn’t want to listen and didn’t care. Even if she didn’t like the customer she could at least have pretended.Also, writing this now when our vacation is over, since the Wifi was vey unreliable.

This is a great park to stay at if you want to stay in a villa. Looks great for the campers as well. Small tennis court, miniature golf great park+pools will be back here as soon as I can.

I had an absolutely amazing time here. I stayed with my family here for 5 days, 4 nights and created some of the best memories. Even though we didn’t have a cabin, or a camper, it was still worth it. I am definitely coming back here soon. My campsite was near practically all the facilities. A kitchen was right next to my tent, the bathrooms, the tennis courts, jumping pillows, and the activity room. The pool and the arcade weren’t very far either, it was just a 1 minute walk from our site. Everything about this place made me feel welcome, it almost felt like a temporary community. I made many friends there, and had spectacular times. Normally bathrooms wouldn’t be the cleanest, but these very much met my hygiene expectations. I loved the pool, I went there every day as it was quite hot the time I visited. It has the super fun pirate ship with 2 slides, and then a separate pool. I am definitely coming here again, it was one of the best Holiday resorts!

Excellent for the family, expensive though. Very exciting water park with 3 slides, probably the best water park I have seen on a family holiday caravan park. Tennis Court, small mini golf course. Not excessively spacious but good, we had plenty of space for 4 WD ute, 2 tents and gazebo and trailer and there was more space. Amenities are clean but dated. We went during school holidays, there were kids activities and mocie nights. One day, free pancakes in the morning was a nice add on and easy breakfast. One of the staff fairly grumpy when chasing children off the waterpark in the evening. Staff friendly otherwise. Salt Creek with a small lake just at the park we took our kayaks there which was a nice little trip. Trial Bay Gaol nearby. Would go again.

Location was awesome as it is located in the middle of all the attractions we loved to see. Everyone is so friendly. Best place that caters for all ages with loads of activities for the kids.

I looked at organising a camping trip with a few friends.Their website claims dog under 18kg are allowed (allowing small to medium (under 18kgs) well behaved dogs")

We only stayed for one night in the Hideaway Spa Villa while driving through the area and we absolutely loved it. The room was extremely clean, had a stove, microwave, iron etc that were all in excellent working order. The aircon was turned on prior to our arrival so that the room was cool when we got there. The bed was super comfortable, the park was beautiful, the activities looked great (athough we didn’t have enough time to try everything out), the cafe was lovely, and the staff were amazing and accomodating. Will definitely be back again to have a longer stay.

This is a great park set up to cater for young families. They have a water park and all the play equipment and activities young kids love. It is not suited for teenagers or older travellers. It is noisy and far from town and beaches, so you have to dri e to those. Amenities are good and clean.
