DO NOT USE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR GOODS AND MANAGER WILL ABUSE YOU AND LIE ON GOOGLE REVIEW! TRUTH IS IN THE PICTURES BELOW LOOK AT THE DAMAGE!!! Absolutely HORRID removal company, incredibly slow and overpriced, myself and my best friend helped move half the stuff ourselves and they scratched my brand new fridge and tv unit and when i tried to contact the manager he chucked a hissy fit because he thinks i belittled his staff by saying they are slow and dawdled which is just pure honesty, oh and the manager threatened to withhold processing my claim because of that as well lol? AND after i stated how much better kent removal was by simply being fast and not damaging my goods he says MAYBE YOU SHOULDVE PHONED KENT, this is the actual manager of a business and he acts like a complete child. WOW nice reply lmao, yes i did receive half an hour price off my bill as compensation SO GENEROUS as the amount of time standing around and being slow was more than half an hour anyway?! and yes i had to step in and help with the fridge because guess what the 2 guys that had my fridge let it fall off the trolley and boom instant scratches so i stepped in, good effort to try and throw it back in my face though mate lol god you're so pathetic, and i dont know what you're on about with me saying insults because i didnt say anything of the sort in the emails, but yea sure continue to try and weasel out of the blame again scotty lol, i simply stated that they could learn from kent removals and you acted like a complete child and threatened to withhold my claim unless i apologise. You are the most immature disrespectful clueless delusional petty childish manager i have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. Thanks again garbage about town removal i appreciate your time as well and await fair trading response and free legal advice! look forward to hearing from you in the future. PS this manager will also try and lie on google review to make the customer try and look bad and take all the blame off himself! Choose to believe me or not everyone but the truth is in the pictures this company is the worst removal ive ever experienced and ive used atleast 6 different ones, notice how the first thing this guy says in the reply is we are a small family business, like that has anything to do with the situation?! classic duck and weave tactic trying to make everyone feel sorry for him, HE ACTUALLY TRIES TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE I DAMAGED THIS MYSELF!!! AFTER i stepped in when they dropped my fridge off the trolley which ive NEVER seen happen before... what a nightmare... do yourself a favour and stay away from this small family business.

These guys were amazing, we used them to move half our stuff into storage and half into a new house and they couldn't have been better. We have used a few different removalists in the last few years and these guys were by far the best and super careful with our stuff. Would highly recommend!

My tv was leaned on in the truck and is not able to be used. Big black line down it. On top of the payment a new tv is very expensive. They said all care no responsibility...don't think that was all care

My wife booked them for an entertainment unit relocation from Kirwan to Rasmussen, the 3 Men arrived, and were able to do the job in a timely and professional manner.The unit was extremely heavy, and large, needing to be taken down a flight of stairs.I’m very grateful for the amount of effort needed to relocate this unit.I cannot hesitate to recommend this company for your next move or relocation.Fantastic Job everyone, I can’t remember their names-but a Huge Thanks for your HARDWORK.
