I like this place. Being new to the Hawke's Bay (Clive) I found City Cuts while walking around getting to know Napier. Really relaxed & friendly staff that are happy to chat while you get your hair done

Carl is the only one who cuts my hair the way I like it. I find it easy to style at home afterwards. He has a lovely nature, feel at ease. He is very professional. I have recommended him to my friend and she goes for her cuts and is just as content as I.

Carl is the most down-to-earth man I have ever met. His Cut & Colouring style is “always” on point & you get great conversation to top it off! I highly recommend this amazing salon to anyone & everyone. I have been with Carl for many years now & will never change. The prices are amazing too, even though it’s located smack bang in the middle of town! A must try!!

It was my first time I'd been here and I so love this shop ,the atmosphere was very light and alive. The staff are amazing, very friendly, buzzing with good vibes and it actually felt like being in a family.Carl cut my hair and did it exactly how I wanted it, not all hairdressers do that. I have a new style and people have been telling me how beautiful my hair is. I'm heading back in on Monday for a colour change, I'm looking forward to it.I will make Cut and Colours my permanent hairdressers.

First time I've been to this salon and found extremely pleasant and friendly staff. Carl cut my hair and I am so pleased with it. He listened to how I like it to be cut, did a fabulous job and I'll definitely be back. Also couldn't believe the cost which was unbelievably reasonable compared with other city salons. Thank you for a great experience.
