Poor service. Purchased $3500++ worth of furniture - all in stock but with weeks of lead time for delivery. While I’m waiting for delivery (their lead times not mine, I’m available to take delivery immediately), they discount ALL items. Every item discounted 30-50% off.Only response is ‘it’s in the terms and conditions.’First delivery, the item was delivered damaged. New delivery arranged, same item is redelivered with more damage than the first one.Second delivery of dining chairs and my wall was damaged.Next see what happens next!Customer Care have not been supportive, nor has Customer Support & Logistics Manager and the Group Sales Manager.Don’t bother unless you want to run the same risk. So unimpressed.

On 3 seperate occasions I’ve had the worst experience and customer service from this store. Ignored with no one else in the store, not acknowledged or attended too, it feels like staff don’t care about customers. Then I approached the lady myself asking for help and she noticed me and took a phone call instead, while the other staff member was chatting to a friend who clearly noticed I was waiting for assistance. I decided to leave as waited over 10 minutes. Returned a few days later to be told the store was closed, however customers were inside and a sale sign outside. I was told to wait outside and was never attended to again. Sadly never want to shop here again and will never recommend this store.

Visited the MCM Byron showroom recently for the first time and had such a lovely positive experience with Bella, now I’m inspired to re style my home.

Delivery of table and chairs turned up on Tuesday. “White gloves” installers turn up with “not the right tools to put together”. Was supposed to turn up 2 days later, took the day off work but didn’t arrive - called and said they’d be here in 3mins - and a no show. no notification and won’t answer calls. For $5k extremely poor service.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing furniture from MCM House. This is the most unethical company I’ve ever had to deal with in years! I purchased the Elio junior and maple coffe table, during the November discount sale. I paid for the sofa and coffee table in full and told them not to place the order until I finalised the colours.I was always unsure of the colour and finally decided on the colour which I then updated them and told them to go ahead with the order.A few weeks later I decided to cancel the coffee table as shape want going to work in my space. I was told I would get a store credit. I wanted a refund as I hadn’t taken deliver of the product. The credit should have been $1,800 to my shock they where only prepared to give me a credit of $514. Because all of a sudden they told me that I needed to pay for the premium fabric. I was shocked. I was never once advised of the difference in price for the fabric and I would have through that they would have charged with the initial price when I placed the order not months later. Very, very disappointed with MCM House staff and management. Please be very careful in your dealing and purchases with them as they will lie and then keep your hard aren’t money.

I purchased some furniture through the online store, for delivery interstate. Bella was helpful, patient and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help me get my order sorted. It was such a seamless experience.
