Walls where to thin for our incredibly rude neighbours who arrived late and proceeded to do whatever. Everything else was excellent

We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful views of the bush from the stoep of our unit. The bush came alive after sunset and we saw kangaroos, brushtail possums etc. Not all units have this view. The unit had a very nice, kind of old-fashioned" holiday feel to it. The unit has a pretty good kitchen in the open area

We found the staff very helpful and one of the maintenance men assisted when I had an issue with my jack clamp. Nothing seemed too much for them. The cost was good value for money. Although ablution block was older it is freshly painted and clean. GreT view across the estuary. Well done.

Just wanted to highlight a good deed from one of the great staff in reception. Stacey handled a small problem and concerns I had and actioned the solution very quickly. I stay often and will continue to do so. Thanks again Stacey.Regards Robert

The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable with two decent size bedrooms. Nice and clean kitchen with appliances and cutlery provided. The only two things which can be improved: Internet connection which was very poor and unreliable, and the unit we stayed in didn't have a dedicated parking lot and we had to use some kind of public parking which was for all visitors. We found this very annoying as every time we returned to the park we struggled finding parking space.

This post is on behalf of an elderly lady who stayed recently. I would like to share her experience. She made the booking for 2 nights in advance via telephone call and informed the receptionist that a disability would not allow her to safely use steps. On arrival unfortunately due to a family member having covid, arrangements had to be changed to 1 night. On arrival at reception to inform manager of a change in circumstances (covid)she was told that another room was needed due to 1 night stay. The elderly lady again voiced her concers at not being able to manage steps and was reassured that this would not be a problem! When she got to her room there was large limestone steps without rails and then 5 steps up to the room ,A complete stranger saw the difficulties this lady was having and helped to gather luggage and put in her room.Leaving the room with steep narrow steps presented a lot more difficulty as well as the limestone steps without hand railing!!!!The fear of falling meant she had to park her car precariously across the limestone steps and place hands on the bonnet to sort of crawl down.Does this facility cater for disabilities? If not why didn't the receptionist say so???The lady in her 80's now has returned back home with a very bad shoulder from her stay!!!She really wants to stay there again but will not be able to if there in no assurance that there is provisions for people in her situation.

Worst caravan park stay ever. When I called to book they said there was only one spot left near the laundry. I thought brilliant! But it was actually near a kids playground and the campers kitchen who had very disrespectful guests partying loud until midnight every night. I had to be up early every morning so this was very inconvenient and annoying. Quiet time is at 10pm. If I had know it was near the kids playground and campers kitchen I would have said no. Also the smallest spot i have ever gotten and for $40 a night. It was a tight squeeze in between a pole and table and chairs. There was kids consistently leaving their bikes in my camp area lucky I didn’t run them over. The bathrooms are cleanish but need to be cleaned every day

If you want your personal credit card details processed illegally this is the place to stay. Staff were advised on the 24th August 2022 (within 8 hrs of the transaction) regarding a cc payment of $875 that was unauthorised from a Sydney Credit card. They were also advised not to process the payment and confront the lady staying in the room for a further 6 nights for correct payment. When police came to investigate there just so happened there was not security footage and sign in details. Very convenient.Must have been a slow week.

Not a bad caravan park, staff were super friendly and accommodating, yes it’s a tad old but had everything we needed. Amazing water views but just bring earplugs because the road is loud day and night, woke me up constantly. Overall I would recommend
