MSP Photography Ballarat

In our experience we had a completely unhelpful one with extremely rude staff! There code keys won't work on any of our machines or 3 different browsers and they would not help us at all!! Avoid these people if at all possible however as schools insist on using them you probably won't have any choice but be warned they are horrible, ignorant, agarogant, rude morons! Don't trust them with your cash either take photos of it in the envelope, with the cash in it and when it's sealed. Make sure you sticky tape the whole thing and be warned even with this you may never see you photos or money again EVER! This was our experience and our opinion of this atrocious company!

Never received photos, called and requested photos. Was told that i ordered the wrong photos. I pointed out i never received any photos let alone the wrong photos. They refused to send me the photos as they said while I paid for the $33 package online via their web portal, that in fact they did not have a packaged that matched this even though i had a receipt. I asked how can I get my photos, they said they cannot send them as i have paid for family delux package that cannot be fullfilled. they said that even though I had an invoice and proof of payment that I had to accept I ordered the wrong thing and that i would not get my photos.

If you’re going to give out hard copies for primary school photos ASK the kids for their envelopes before taking photos. VERY unorganised, would not recommend this place to anyone, Also very rude staff.

Totally ripped off. Way over priced and not what I ordered. I had payed for a class photo and received a digital print on a cardboard folder of individual students and was later told there was no class photo even taken. I have been lied to and cheated.

My son is giving fake smile. How they can approve that photos.

Had a really great experience with MSP Ballarat! The staff were friendly and more than happy to accomodate my circumstances. Great product, would recommend!

No stars!!!! I wish schools would use another company that actually do know how to run a business
