Hi! I went into milligram on Easter Sunday morning to chose a perfume. The assistant in the store was so lovely and knowledgeable, she wasn’t pushy and patiently let me test the perfumes before I chose one. Exceptional customer service and the products are lovely !

16 February 2023 I am a milligram member and been one of my fav store since it opened in Highpoint. But it completely changed when one of the shop assistant being so incompetent when he served me and my sister. Seriously he shouldn’t work in retails delivering customer service with that interpersonal skill. Very rude. If I can give 0 star I would.
