Australia Post - Glenhuntly LPO

33 Degrees today. Hot and humid. Walk into Glenhuntly LPO and it is stinking hot. Crowded with at least 8-10 people in the store and the only two air conditioners both turned off. I ask the presumed owner ( elderly Chinese man ) at the counter the reason why both air conditioners are off? I ask if they are both broken? . His response : first he giggles, then says off to save money " . I told him he should turn them on and think of his customers comfort

I know the office lady didn't do it on purpose or anything, but I got back all the way back to get a missing ID document and when I came back with it, she told me that another document I submitted prior that she said it's valid is actually not valid. So I couldn't get things done and just wasted 2 hours.

Excellent service from the folks at desk , I was here to submit passport applications. They verified the application and found a page missing , they were very cooperative and patiently waited till I returned with completed application.Very nice people, great service

I had to recently pick up a parcel order from this post office and was greeted with rude staff at the front desk. They were not friendly or welcoming at all. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Terrible service !

The owners are lovely, in fact all 3 that work there are lovely. They use my name and always wish me a good day/weekend and have regularly stayed back when I arrive late to drop off parcels and never showed any resentment, rather done so with smiles. I'm going to miss them as my local post office when I move in 2 weeks.And for anyone leaving them a bad review because the postie doesn't bother to ring door bells (happens to me all the time) It's got nothing to do with the store or the staff, they don't have any control over the situation so when you take into consideration that they are the ones who cop all the heat/complaints, it's very unfair considering how hard they work and their great customer service. Instead direct your complaints to Aus post head office as posties are separate contractors .

Always busy but well managed. The first time I went there I thought I would be waiting for a month, but I didn’t. The owners / people who work there seem to manage what always looks to be a flood of deliveries that are stacked so high that I am always shocked and impressed that they find my parcels so quickly.

Excellent service. Always friendly and very helpful. The staff are thorough and very knowledgable. I really appreciated Michael’s patience and service as he helped me complete documentation well after the shop’s closing time. Great asset to the community!

Only giving a 1 star because there is no 0 star option. TERRIBLE service, asian lady at the front desk was rude, i would avoid coming to this post office.
