My passion is to journey with people toward inner healing, growth, and transformation. I use a holistic approach as we are multidimensional (Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual) beings. Every person is unique, therefore, I adopt an integrative approach in my therapeutic work to meet my clients' unique individual needs and preferences. My counselling framework is underpinned mainly by Person-Centered therapy while drawing from other evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-informed, and Neuroscience understanding.
