Optus Springfield

They we're super helpful despite me only being a prepaid customer. All 3 staff members were engaging, courteous and very professional. I'd recommend going in and looking around

After abysmal service at optus chermside, this store was the complete opposite. Friendly helpful staff member Zoe found original sim card was faulty. Rectified th situation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running. Thank you Springfield Optus

Been standing in the shop for over 15min and not one sales person has acknowledged that I was even in the store, sales team were with customers but waked right past me several times without even saying hello. I look forward to cancelling both my phones and home internet in December once 3 year contract is up. Combine monthly spend is over $350 maybe there is another company with better service.

Went there today 8/11/22 around 1230-1400 to return my old phone as per optus text and email i can return it to any optus store. Reason for return upgrade and protect. Which means i got my new phone. Male staff told me to call a number which he gave me. To au post my old phone. Even showed him the text message from optus stating i can just simply drop my old phone to any branch but still got turn away and told me to call the number. Decided to go to optus redbank plaza. Less than 5mins transaction. They took my old phone. I signed a document. Thats it. Easy. So happy with that. My point is i just dont want this to happen to anybody else. Some people just dont have the time due to family. Kids. Work. Its either he was just being lazy or he just didnt know. He could have ask his colleagues if his not sure. Had to travel back and forth. Whereas it could have been done right there and then in 5mns total transaction time.The staff was nice and polite though

All telcos are struggling to provide a reasonable service..these guys doing a little better

The workers are great and helpful. Pitty the actual company isnt. Definately go in store as they did in 20 minutes what we couldn't get done for 6 months over the phone.

Bought a Samsung S 23 in Indooroopilly, they said we can't set it up for you, I am a elderly person and i got no idea how to do this. I went to Optus store in Orion Springfieldlakes and saw the girl Salwa I ask her and straight away she did it for me, thanks Salwa and thanks Optus store Orion.

Very good service. Good experience in this store. They offered me what I was looking for and the process to connect the new SIM card was quick. Thanks.

Sales rep lied to me during initial sign up. Was told to upgrade phone via the insurance on my contract was a flat rate $150. This is not the case. Went into the store and was told it is a $249 fee. During initial sign up I was told that the s22 came with a free tablet. Optus never sent me anything regarding redemption of the tablet and when I went into the store to claim they told me they couldn't help with it as the promo had ended. I'll be finishing this contract with optus and never returning to those liars for any products again.
