Oleander & Finch Interior Design

I approached Rhiannon from Oleander & Finch Interior Design to assist my daughter with a redesign of her bedroom as a Christmas gift. My daughter and I were struggling to agree with a direction that worked for both of us and I knew some expert help would help sort out a plan of action.The approach that Rhiannon provided was exceptional. My daughter was able to articulate her ideas before the actual zoom meeting and Rhiannon used this to really explore her ideas during the meeting and create great discussion on preferences and dislikes.Within the week, we had a design plan signed off, a very happy daughter and a really good direction and plan to start work on our daughters room makeover.Rhiannon maintained great communication throughout the whole process. She related really well with my daughter (who is 15) and considered all of her ideas, guiding her on some outcomes and delivered a plan that worked for her and within a budget.I was so impressed by the outcome that I hope to be able to work with Rhiannon in the future for other spaces in our home.

Rhiannon is amazing! We did the 1hour virtual consult by zoom and we got so much out of it. Rhiannon was so helpful, listened to us and asked questions and really got a feel for what we liked. We already had all the big furniture for our living / dining room and really needed help to finish it off with the final touches. We absolutely loved everything we ended up with on our mood board. The itemised shopping list is fantastic. We’re about to dive in and start buying the pieces to add to our room and cannot wait for the finished product. If we ever build/buy another house, I would be engaging Rhiannon straight away without hesitation.

Rhiannon has created for us a new home look book which has given me great relief from the stress of how to style our home. It has given me the focus when looking at furniture and decorative pieces that I know what to look for and I can stay focused. I was after a cohesive look that will work for our family and dogs and Rhiannon has delivered us a new home look book that not only delivers but exceeded our expectations. The process was smooth and very efficient and I highly recommend spending the 90mins with Rhiannon especially for those with a new build. I now look forward to the shopping for our new home; something I would have previously dreaded.

I contacted Rhiannon recently as I was on the hunt for a new rug in our second living space. I went to her with no idea what I wanted or the look I was going for. She was absolutely fantastic! Rhiannon is super easy to talk to, she asked me a few questions to help me decide what style direction I might want to go in. She gave me advice on what size I should buy and what would work well in my space. Within no time she had given me a full list of rugs with prices (including RRP and trade pricing), links to view what she had picked, pictures and dimensions.This made the process so simple for me and took the guesswork out of trying to pick something from 100s of products. It was great to know that what I picked would be perfect for the space.I will absolutely use Rhiannon again!
