Excellent 1 hour massage today, painful be ause I was wound up like steel-guitar strings, but afterwards felt like jelly. Very good masseur, a natural healer.

The massage is done seating on a chair and the masseur will put a cloth/towel between him/her and your. skin.They play relaxing music and you don’t hear noise from the walking people in the mall.I had a great experience for a Head, shoulders, neck and arms massage with WARREN,although I felt a bit sorry for her having to massage me right after the previous customer.She did a great job, I loved the fact that she tried to adjust her pressure to my liking.I recommend.Paid 50$ for 30 minutes on a Saturday morning.

I am a regular customer at massage aroma and never had any complaints or disappointments , however the masseuse appointed today really just applied too much oil and only rubbed it all over my back and legs.It was extremely disappointing and felt like an absolute punish and a waste of money and time.My neck was barely massaged with one hand and then she only rubbed the oil on my back. Within 10 min I requested her to appoint someone else as I was not happy with her technique.She advised there was no one else so I asked her to please not just rub the oil on my body and actually massage with some pressure.She later put so much pressure that it was was unbearable and made my body hurt and she had no awareness about the pressure points while massaging. Seemed like she was untrained.I seriously don’t understand what she was trying to do the whole time.I have never had such a bad experience before at massage aroma.I was only waiting for the 30 min to end since the massage started. It was terrible.I advised the receptionist about the same but she called the masseuse and they asked me the problem and when I told them about it, they started talking to each other in their language which I could not understand and the receptionist asked me to write a message with the complaint.However, they have blocked my number now and my message won’t reach and I’m unable to call them, which is why I have to now post this review.Apologies for giving this feedback but this is what my experience was I want to keep coming back to massage aroma but as customer paying $55 for 30 min I expect good service.

Great place to relax and unwind. I really enjoy going to this place as it has a door that shuts off the noise from the centre allowing you to really relax and enjoy the massage therapy. The staff really listened to my needs and wants. Definitely worth a try. Will be going a lot as became VIP. Prices are very competitive and reasonable.

Best massage I've had in YEARS! Feel fantastic! The masseuse really listened & seemed very knowledgeable about how to fix any aches and pains, I will be back & can definitely recommend

Great massage parlour, ended up going in because of a couple of knots in my back ... After the very hard massage, knots were nowhere to be seen

Honestly these guys are just amazing!! If I could give more stars I would. I have been seeing Nana now for over a year and she is just the best and suits my needs. I'm stuck at a desk most of tge day and she is so good and releaising all my tension. Great efficient service also from reception
