WOW WOW WOW Is all I have to say.An absolute amazing cleaner well presented punctual and very thorough. Very cheap rates, friendly and will go far and beyond to get the job done perfect. I have jacinta come and do weekly cleans for me and definitely will continue to do so. The best in Ipswich and surrounding areas. Jacinta has also done 2 Bond cleans for me and a few for friends and family that have also been very happy with the work jacinta does. Hired her to do a full bond clean.Seems she did some of a bond clean.The exit report we were sent after this bond clean stated that they (the real estate) were very disappointed in the state of the house.The cleaner made her guarantee sound reasonable at first, then told us, after the fact, that the guarantee only lasts 7 days, understandable for dust and things but what we wanted was for her to finish the job she was hired and paid to do in the first place. But she would not come finish the job unless we paid again.So i had to get someone else in to fix her mess because i certainly wasnt going to risk it again with her.Dont risk it. Save your money. Hire someone else.
