I gave 2 stars purely for the personality and friendliness of the staff who have served me. If it was based on the cake itself it would have been zero. The torte was far from a torte, it was layers of very dry sponge with a minimal amount of mock cream between. Flavour was ok, but certainly not worth the cost.

We were after a cake for celebration and unfortunately I arrived while the staff closing the door and I was not let in. It would have been a better service if you offer your regular customers a better treatment.

Rude attitude from staff member. Got a cheesecake to take to an event and when placing it inside the box the toppings had gotten all over the base of the box making it look untidy. When asked if we can have another box as it’s been taken to an event and wanted it to look more presentable she took it to the back and seems like wiped off the same box and gave it back still leaving spots of toppings and handprints all over the the box. When giving it back she just placed it on the counter didn’t acknowledge us or show the change and started serving the next person.

Absolutely appalled by the response from this shop. I have been getting my kids birthday cakes from here for about 4-5 years and before that I would go to the Hampton park one. I bought the rainbow cake yesterday for my sons birthday. One slice and it just tasted different. Very eggy. Our commute from the shop to home was only 5 minutes, so I can’t say it went off. The lady on the phone tells me we have a new baker, that could be the reason. Then she calls the manager and the manager tell her that they can’t do anything. Mind you, we only had one slice. I know I won’t be going there again, and will be letting all my friends and family know too!! Very disappointed in their customer service too.

I wanted a cheesecake for my brothers birthday and when we tasted it, it seemed off with a strong amount of cinnamon which left us all with terrible after taste. She also said it was freshly made on the same day which I don’t believe. I don’t usually write reviews let alone bad ones but the 15+ people who ate it tonight all said the same thing and were all equally disappointed. We won’t be buying from here again.

Went to buy two cheesecakes for an event I had, had to wait 17 minutes to be served since there was only one staff member that was trying to organize a custom-made cake with a previous customer, I only wanted to grab my cheesecakes and leave she should’ve at least told me that she won’t be long or that there is a little bit of a wait. In addition to that, she got the total wrong three times, its not my job to calculate prices and she also gave me the wrong cheesecake. One of the cheesecakes tastes really off and I will happily say I will not be entering that shop again as my experience was FAT 0.

This is the bad experience we ever had. We ordered a birthday cake online with specialized message. They accepted our order and asked us to pick it up since they are not delivering. When we went there they told that they didn’t receive that kind of order and even they don’t have the design !Then I bought another normal cake which worth my costs!Very bad customer serviceParty was going so badly without the desired cake. You guys ruined the party !

Conveniently located in casey central shopping Center, with plenty of parking spaces.Cackes ready for pickup, reasonable quality.. smooth easy transaction, friendly staff members. Opening gours are convenient as well. They can do custom cakes as well.
